Mablethorpe & Sutton on Sea and Chapel
St Leonards are small seaside
resorts on the East Coast of Lincolnshire. Whilst a few miles in from the coast
there is the market town of Alford.

Mablethorpe being
the larger of the towns has the local amenities you would expect. A few of these
being Supermarkets, Doctors Surgery, Chemists, both Primary & Secondary schools.
A Sports Centre, and some of the "High Street Banks". Public transport runs
throughout the year and with the added benefit of more frequent services during
the summer months. There are also a number of local groups/organisations should

Sutton on Sea being
the more "traditional" resort offers local High Street Shopping consisting of a
small Supermarket, Butchers, Newsagent, Hairdressers, Hardware Store, Post
Office, Chemist etc. There is also the Community Primary School, & Doctors
Surgery. Being very flat and with a relaxed and slower pace of life, Sutton on
Sea is becoming a very desirable area in which to live and retire.

Chapel St Leonards,
just a stones throw from Ingoldmells and the larger Seaside town of Skegness has
all the attraction of living at the seaside and the added benefit of a quieter
environment. There are the usual amenities such as supermarkets, bakers,
butchers, post office, pubs and restaurants and also a primary school to name
but a few.

Alford, famed for
its annual music and craft festival set in the picturesque gardens of the Manor
House. Offering pre-school, primary and secondary school education, has all you
could expect from a small market town, other amenities include doctors,
opticians, solicitors, hardware shop, banks and supermarket. Just a few
miles inland from the coast and situated close to the A16 means the best of both
worlds, close to the seaside for a day on the beach or just up the road from the
beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds.
