Mablethorpe & Sutton on Sea and Chapel St Leonards are small seaside resorts on the East Coast of Lincolnshire. Whilst a few miles in from the coast there is the market town of Alford.

Mablethorpe: being the larger of the towns has the local amenities you would expect. A few of these being Supermarkets, Doctors Surgery, Chemists, both Primary & Secondary schools. A Sports Centre, and some of the "High Street Banks". Public transport runs throughout the year and with the added benefit of more frequent services during the summer months. Chapel St Leonards: just a stones throw from Ingoldmells and the larger Seaside town of Skegness has all the attraction of living at the seaside and the added benefit of a quieter environment. Alford: famed for its annual music and craft festival set in the picturesque gardens of the Manor House.
